Relaxed my vigilance a little bit yesterday. Had a light beer and two slices of pizza. Also had a small burger. Eating well when away form home is hard these days. In a food court, even the 'healthy' choices tend to be loaded with things I'd prefer not to eat. The only real exercise was a cardiac stress test on a treadmill. In spite of a calculated calorie deficit of 1,700 calories, I have a slight gain today. After the big drop yesterday, what can I expect? Daily fluctuations are fun to record, but meaningless in the scheme of things. It's longer term trends that matter.
98.3 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
