I have been pretty much ignoring my goals. I am still pretty careful what I eat, but not how much. I see my weight is creeping up again and I'm going to exercise some discipline. At this point, though, I don't know how much is due to travel, food sensitivities, drinking, and water accumulation and how much is real. I'll know in a week.

Thanks for the suggestion. Apparently people can do it, but I get hungry and can't concentrate when I try it.
