Back on terra firma, sleeping regular hours, and not drinking, a few pounds dropped right back off. Fatsecret warns I am losing 13.3 lbs/week. Not really. It's just water. I expect it will take a week to return to equilibrium, though, and resume real weight loss. The problem is that I'm off on another voyage soon.
