Well, I did not make my goal of 220 by month end. I missed by two pounds, but that is just a rounding error. I had a good month, ate well, got outdoors and had fun, so I am looking forward to dropping a few more pounds in February. 215 sounds reasonable. We'll see.
100.7 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
