The weight entry asks how closely I followed my diet. I actually don't have a 'diet'. If I did, it could be described as "Eat consciously and eat wisely".

Fatsecret tells me what the fuel content of eat item is and makes me aware of the 'Calorie Bombs" -- items that can unthinkingly add an entire meals worth of calories in a few mouthfuls. I now avoid them and eat as much as I like of the vegetable stews I make, hot or cold, and still fall short of my daily calorie allowance.

I have found that drinking alcohol and/or eating salty and fatty foods can add five or more pounds overnight and they take a week to lose, so they are off my list.
101.7 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
