Stable now - seems the real damage from the 2 weeks of holidays was 3 pounds or so. On the up side, hip is good after a short run so things are looking up.
91.6 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
