55 OUTSIDE THIS MORNIN...goood morning...calendar says thursday..and im not even sure..did do a short ride yesterday morning...got 13.7 miles in then came home an cut grass...today im paying for it..but grass was in need of a haircut..all the rain we finally got..made it grow..today im just hurting all over..so might well..i say this all the time..be a day off...but its early yet..lol..well late for me cause i didnt start moving outta bed till almost 5am today..just coudnt get woke up...you can tell teh seasons are changing..taking longer for the sun to get woke up an in the sky..and cooler temps in the morning hours...making it all harder for me to get my tired body up an moving in the mornings...

i did put google fit on my phone this morning to track my steps..was using samsung fitness..but other day when it rained an phone got wet..well..the app hasnt been working up to par...phone is working great...wasnt workin all that great when i got home that day...it was acting crazy..but after it dryed out...was back to normal...well whatever you call normal when its a smarter them me phone...

well...guess i need to get up an move alittle...head to kitchen an take some aleves...see if that helps any...

you wont get stronger if you always ride the shorter routes...unless you ride faster to shorten the time it takes you to ride the 24 miles...your body adapts...so you have to keep challenging it to keep it interesting..glad to hear the tubes an tires are working great for you..always frustrating when your into a great ride an you break down along the ways...i always look at weather.com on phone before i head out to see where wind is...but dont always ride with the benefit of having it to my back..just another resistance to make you stronger...have a great day glen...

my sinuses are the reason im lazy today..no ride..no activities today..just lay around an get my head back at it again tomow....
