WAKIN UP TO 58..goood wednesday mornin...could of just stayed in bed with covers pulled up to face this morning..with fan blowing acrost bed..just nice an comfy..ended up doing 2 rides yesterday..ended up getting wet 2 rides..wasnt a cloud in sky or showing up on radar..in fact sun was out when i took off..but ended up getting wet once again yesterday..finally after 2nd ride..called it good at 24.9 miles for the day..

not in mood to ride this morning..i think its the cooler weather..even colder tomow morning..55 or so in the morning..might have to get fitness room set back up an get some zwift time on trainer..im sure my cannondale rode bike is missing the attention...lol..did air up tires on it yesterday morning..might even ride it this morning..an maybe this afternoon get in an afternoon ride outside..would like to get in that habit..getting 2 rides in a day..i know i sure did sleep good last night..8 hours in a row...must of been tired..sure had to go to little boys room when i woke up..usually wake up least once in middle of nite..but was out of it last night..

well ...guess..i need to get up an moving...today might be a great day to try making the cheesy breadsticks with cooler temps today..might be in the mood for a change...lol..

ended up leaving house about 10am..did a 13.7 mile ride..took 68 min..came home an cut grass..had planned on doing an afternoon ride..but instead took a nap and just never did feel like doing another ride..so rested..rest of the day..suppose to be cooler in the morning..55..might have to layer up..if i want to get a morning ride..just hate this time of year when the colder temps are changing like they do..
