Intentions changing with the seasons...good Saturday morning...finding it harder to stay on track with the seasons changing...wanting comfort food when I shop at walmart..not a good thing...ice cream cups managed to slip into my cart yesterday...not a lot of mess ups...but as always...one leads to more...I’m kinda thinking it’s change of weather and body becoming lazier...
Change of weather...rain yesterday...today more rain..and a day high of upper 60s....tonight down to 50s...hate to think winter is almost here again...
State of Illinois sent me renewal to take driving test and vision test yesterday...when birthday comes in Jan...but since I no longer can see the greatest to drive...just gonna give up license and get I’d card...not wanting to give them up..but..not comfortable with my sight...to chance driving...
Didn’t zwift yesterday...wanted to...but slept a good part of day..guess I needed it...might be another day to sleep ...with cover pulled over me...have sweats on today...just to keep legs warmer...keep them from aching as much...
Colder temps for me is depressing...but not a traveler to warmer weather...just live with it an grip about it...lol...
Well...need to prep next meal...try and stick on plan..
