My therapist isn’t happy...Good Friday morning...let my therapist know yesterday that I no longer enjoyed showing up...she tried to smooth it over...she’s in it for the numbers...I told her not everyone is gonna hit the numbers..told her..dr visit is oct 8 th...and then I’m done...just tired of going on days I hurt so bad in my legs...yesterday was one of them days...weather is changing..and I can tell..before my wreck...I didn’t ever hurt this bad..now wether changes an all I want to do is sit cause it hurts to walk...
I did zwift yesterday morning..after breakfast...I put ace bandages on both legs around knees to support me better..got on riding bibs...and just did 8 miles..felt good once I got limbered up..
Today’s plan..ride on zwift..rain on the way...an make a trip to walmart...stock up once again..
Breakfast is over..went down quick..I was hungry..get up shortly..and get dressed...someone is coming by to take me to walmart...only takes 30 minutes to shop..just hassle to go..
Well have a greattttttt Friday....zwift on...
