Directions

  1. Préchauffer le four à 220°C.
  2. Pelez et coupez les poires en deux.
  3. Battre l'œuf avec le skyr, les amandes moulues et l'édulcorant.
  4. Verser le mélange dans un ramequin et disposer les demi-poires dessus.
  5. Cuire dans un four préchauffé pendant 15 minutes. Servir à température ambiante.
