So 1.2 lbs to go to make and meet my first challenge of my first 5 lbs very excited can do this and if I need to look at in 5 lbs increments to not feel overwhelmed or that I am making head way going to stick to that !
81.1 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
