I've been taking an iron supplement for the last week or so because I have a blood donation appointment today. I'm hoping that part of this uptick is from the iron (I've read it can make one constipated).
79.7 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
