So this is where it truly starts! I am planning this weight loss journey for the next 18 weeks. I would like to get as close down to 130 lb. This is 15.8 lb less, so it’s - 0,88 lb per week. I can do this!! 💪🏻🧘🏻‍♀️
66.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
