In the last two weeks I'm up 3 pounds. I was 100% on my diet. I guess stress does cause weight gain.
159.8 kg Lost so far: 26.5 kg.    Still to go: 57.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Yes, stress causes all kinds of problems - your mind and your body are intimately connected! Meditation is supposed to help with stress (and hopefully I'll get around to taking my own advice, if I can sit still long enough!!!)... don't stress out about the short term, think about the long haul! :)
