Didint weigh for 2 days and I am up can’t believe I can’t get around this stop on my weight talk about a flipping yo-yo ! Pisses me off and I am not giving up just frustrated as all get out , have a new plan today and it’s Monday !
82.6 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
