yesterday got back on track. Juice for b/fast, no lunch, snack in the afternoon was some cherries & banana/bran muuffin with marg. Supper bbq'd pork chop with sl of pineapple, brussel sprouts & veg medley of potatoes, onions, peppers & mushrooms.

Later watching TV I had a 100 cal popsicle. Was hungry for something around 11pm, so ate a mandarin orange.

Had hoped to lose the 2.2lbs that I had put on, on Wednesday. Maybe tomorrow?

I haven't exercised in any way either, very tired & legs & back are sore.
98.6 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 37.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
