3 days in a row on the elliptical, this is huge for me. I feel so great, gosh I hope I can keep this up. Just 30 mins a day makes such a big difference. I measure myself tomorrow, I'm curious to see how that goes.

Thanks K8Yk. That's really a huge part of the success of this endeavor to lose weight. I'm build solidly, and I have so much muscle I can tap into to help w/ weight loss, if I just get those muscles moving and keep them moving. :)
