Today is day three of HMR diet, round two. Three days ago I was 198. I’m very tired but I’m eating tons of fruits and vegetables and I’ve already lost 2 pounds in three days. Trying to exercise each day. I anticipate that if I stay on track (big time) til next week, I may be under 190; wouldn’t that be swell!
89.1 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
