Thank you all for your support, somehow I must have reset my weight loss history . I was in the hospital end of Dec with kidney stones.
They wanted my weight and I got on the scale.I was 300 lbs. I was so embarrassed, Its the first time my husband knew my true weight in years.
He is amazing because he said nothing but lets get it fixed my wife is in pain.
I went though a couple surgerys to fix me.
I was thinking the whole time I must do something about my weight. I started with my HPLF Ketogenic doet then.
So from 300 to 237 , thats 63 lbs. Im damn proud.
I really feel so much healthier now. Thank you all for not judging people here on this site. I have not had any negative during this except my whining when I dont lose what I think I should of lost.
So I say happy Friday looking forward to the weekend.
