Stayed off the scale yesterday , was scared to step on today ! Grateful for the move going down need to think of smaller goals first and not the big final number maybe so I don’t fell like overwhelmed or not reachable in this little noggin of mine !
81.7 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 18.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I feel you are spot on there, smaller goals that don't seem that far away. Also focus less on the number on the scale and more on things that are important. Important stuff like how you feel, what you can do, how things fit. Stuff that really matters.

I learned the goal is not the blue line but your health the scale is just a tool and it lies your true friend is the tape measure! I only weigh every 2 weeks I cant stand the bodies fluctuations drives a gal bonkers good luck sweetie nice drop!

So just want to feel comfortable in my own skin again and be Abel to put my jeans on and not Big jeans , and not be so consumed about how fat I feel !

My first mini goal is 20# (almost there!). It's a BIG confidence booster. Next two mini goals will be 10# each. I usually can't deal with "the big picture " without breaking it down into smaller increments. It's a mental thing with me. I am totally with you.

I do mini goals of 10 pound increments ... easier on the nerves!
