More progress made, the first 25 gone towards the initial goal of 100. Into the 4th day of 16:8 IF. This will be the first around a full normal workday so will give me a better idea how I might be able to shape things intake wise (making sure I get enough calories in).

Fist thing is to stuff some coffee into the system and kick start the brain cell.

Hope everyone has a good day and does one little thing to move yourself toward your goals no matter what they may be.

Most people lose a very little weight the second week of IF, so don't be discouraged next week , you are doing great. just keep going! I am starting my third week 😊

Thanks everyone for your encouragement! @Keilin_4 I'm for sure expecting to hit that plateau and ready for it. Really only using the scale number as a minor indicator of progress and much more focused on how I'm feeling (mental clarity, energy, symptoms associated with some health issues i've been fighting) and how things are fitting. Especially as I add back in exercise to things, the scale will only be telling a fraction of the story. @suerey59 16:8 refers to a type of Intermittent Fasting where you fast for 16 hours and consume your calorie allotment for the day during an 8 hour time window. For me, I eat stuff between 11am and 7pm. There are many videos and such on youtube that give good information. I'm just 4 days into doing this be like what it brings to the table for me. Just another tool in the toolbox that can be used to find what is right for you.

yeah, you are right, Intermittent Fasting it's not only about weight loss, I am feeling great, I love it because even when I make a really big meal my stomach don't let me eat that much, it was a little rough at the beginning, I am doing better now, I will never eat breakfast again, I did not lose too much weight last week but my belly is looking smaller and I am full of energy so, it's great. Friend I wish you the best!!! 😊
