Put 90# dumbells up 8 times on the 5th set on incline bench this am after a 12.5 hr shift, 7 hrs into an 18hr fast, with nothing but some decaf coffee in me. 💪 Never have gone over 75 or 80s.
138.6 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 25.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
