Woo Hoo!! Another 3 lbs since monday. Not only is the scale being nice to me, my clothes are really starting to get big. And yesterday, I did some yard work that would normally have left me unable to breathe. My endurance is way up and I can walk around my yard (small city lot) now without needing a rest period. This is looking and feeling good.
171.5 kg Lost so far: 25.9 kg.    Still to go: 80.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
