Ate way too much at Easter, which I had planned on, but took a few days to get back on the plan. No gain this week but no loss either. Warm weather is here so I can get back outside for some extra exercise.

Glad to see the scales are my friend again. The real thing I notice is that I have to keep tightening my pants and that is a better indication than the scales anyway. What a great way to start the week.

Once again the scale does note like me, but once again my clothes are looser. I have a pair of sweat pants that have a draw string to tighten. I don't untie them and yesterday they were falling off. Also when the scale does not go down and I follow the diet 100%, the next week or so and the scale catches up and I get a very large drop at once. Waiting patiently for that to happen next week.
