Well it’s Monday ! Up 1.2 lbs several reasons for that but over all very happy and glad that it’s not more are homemade pie yesterday and cookies and haven’t been to the gym in 2 days and defiantly haven’t had the water intake I know I normal do or need .... so back up on the hoarse and move forward today !
81.3 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 17.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
