It took a little bit more time ⌚ for me to reach this weight . In the past week i had two bad days 😐 on diet point of view. Now i am happy 😊 that i could reach the settled goal 🥅.
74.5 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
