I came back from a trip to Seattle this past weekend at a new personal low. I was absolutely miserable in Seattle.
From the daily 7 block walk to my daily destination downhill to my return walk home up that steep hill. As soon as I turned the corner and into the Hilton Seattle, my body would revolt and I would be in total physical chaos!
My knees were giving out, my calves which took the brunt of the compensation for my knees would be on fire, my already bad heart would be pounding through my chest and all this while I gasped for breathe!
Onlookers would stare but when you are fighting for what feels like your life...other's opinions do not matter.

It is Wednesday today and I have been on fire with the motivation to change. I desperately need change and I woke up at 301.3lbs. on Sunday morning I weighed 308lbs. Trying to eat 2000 calories or less. Limit the bread and eat raw veggies.
Going to journal all food intake. My mantra...Remember Seattle!
136.7 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 50.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
