Am at such a loss ! And trying not to get frustrated but is really difficult right know , not giving up by any means but so frustrated with ever thing right know and this is one thing I can control and I’m not !
82.0 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 18.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
