Will have to get back on track today. Had the buffet at the casino yesterday. It tasted great. Enjoyed every bite of the wonderful piece of carrot cake. But it all showed up on the scale this a.m. So going to make my smoothie for breakfast now.
92.9 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 20.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
