been another rough time for me with work being busier and another death in the family but im hoping to get back on track again. a couple of us from work want to participate in a run/walk for breast cancer on sept 30 so i really need to get moving again
99.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 35.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
