Well, the war on the belly started officially today. I looked up some lower belly and lower back exercises and I tried them in the gym today. My body was fighting me all the way, but I pushed through!! These exercises are extremely challenging and I finally got the lower belly burn I was searching for!! I did some side planks holding for 10 seconds each. I can really feel the lower back working on the side planks. I also did these exercises with the big ball that I really felt in lower belly. Push up position with shins on the ball, tuck and roll the ball towards you. Ha! killed me. Not only balance wise but lower belly working hard on those. I love them! Also did some ballet bar work with weight strapped to ankle. Why was I not doing these before? You can feel upper thigh, hips and lower belly working. Love them too! I did not do the twisting mountain climbers exercises yet, because I was just too tired today. But they will be done also. Round one for the war on the belly goes to ME! Ha Ha Legs and butt tomorrow. Peace everyone.

I think my least favorite are 6 inch figure 8s or feet to the sky lifts, they are so hard!
