Monday again and back up , yesterday I thought I could eat a little of this and Little of that I know better and beat myself up all day stress eating can not figure out why I am having such self control issues it’s ridiculous very very frustrated with myself and it has to stop I work so har at the gym and have gone every day except Sunday and I blow what Little and I mean Little progress weight wise out the window
81.8 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 18.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
