Protein has been up a bit maybe that has to do with the gaining.. other than being new to the gym. Lean meats were on sale last week so that's what I bought
172.9 kg Lost so far: 34.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
