Havent been to the gym this week but still sticking to eating properly. Dont want to use the word dieting. I managed to gain a pound, but I'm going on vacation to Florida Saturday, so I can lose it there. Very excited
96.7 kg Lost so far: 28.0 kg.    Still to go: 6.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
