I'd no idea how time consuming this was going to be! Although I'm getting better as the week goes by.

I'm still not hitting my RDI; but I do take a Centrum Senior MVI every day so I'm not really worried. I LOVE the Cruciferous Crunch from Trader Joe's sauteed with just a teaspoon or so of bacon grease, really yummy.

I'm trying for the two meals a day, one about 10 AM and another about 6 pm. But how can I get all my good stuff in? I'm eating as much as I feel comfortable with now, and I don't want to push it. Maybe my RDI isn't everyone else's?

I'm also very much liking the ACV with lemon juice and a drop of organic Stevia (wow that stuff is strong! I have to squeeze VERY lightly to get just enough and not way too much.)

Salvation Army is coming tomorrow and I'm mostly through going through all my unopened packets and cans of food to donate. Quite a bit. Even though I knew there was a lot of sugar in stuff, I hadn't taken into account all the GMO stuff.
I had just purchased a bottle of Worcester Sauce, but found sugar added in it. Sigh. And it does add some great flavor. I wonder if anything else that is good could be substituted?

Still feeling lethargic, a bit queezy and head-achy, but I'm still in my first week. (I went ahead and weighed in today, so I can do it every Sunday from now on.

I take a good 45 minutes to an hour eating, as I know it is not good to eat too fast. Also I was raised by southerners:) This morning I had to reheat my veggies and bacon because they got cold before I could eat them. But it IS cold here.
