I found a scale to stand on! 😂 As it is not the scale that I usually use I am not sure of the weight but it's the one that I am going to use this month. 😊

80.7 kg Lost so far: 14.3 kg.    Still to go: 20.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
