I really fell off the wagon with pizza, bday cake, candy, fast food, and no exercising. I don't know what's wrong but I can't quit. The best I can do is just keep logging my food and exercise & weight, and hope that something motivates me to get back in the game.
89.4 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
