Fortunately 😊, i could reach the target 🎯 of this week. But i found out somthing; rate of weigh increase is much much more than rate of weigh decrease. I do not know do you ever had such experience or not.
76.6 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
