This scale is not budging. I quit the alcohol for almost two weeks (pretty easy actually). Calorie intake under 1400, daily exercise. Ugh. My hot yoga studio closed so I need to find another place. Again, I'm celebrating no gain at least.
65.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
