Today is Day One again. I am at my highest weight ever, I'm in more pain than usual & I have to realise that what I'm doing is not helping me in anyway.
I forced myself to do 2.5mls on the treadmill at elevation 4 & 3.0 mph. I wore two pairs of socks but still got a blister on my left heel. I will have to try to ignore this heel as much as possible & exercise. I will have to change my thinking to taking one minute at a time, exercising as much as I can without causing me more pain & really thinking about what I'm putting in my mouth, before I do it. I have to be focused on this battle as that is what it is & help myself to lose the weight before I can do nothing to enjoy the life that I want to live. To be able to move, take holidays, participate in activities etc
I didn't eat breakfast today as I didn't get up until after 10am. I forced myself to go on the treadmill & that is what I am going to have to force myself to do each morning. I can no longer keep going up on the scales.
For lunch, I made a chocolate protein smoothie, with 1% milk, 3tbsp non fat plain yogourt, I scoop of protein powder, 1 c of frozen strawberries & blueberries. Made 2 8 ozs glasses. I had only one glass for lunch & will save the rest for later today. I also made tuna salad with ch cucumber, celery, tomatoes, corn niblets,cilantro, worcestershire sauce & mayo. I had 3 tbsp rolled up in Bibb lettuce leaves.
I went to the Crestwood Pool this afternoon & swam, floated etc for almost an hour. Came home & had a snack of Basmati rice pudding with a cup of sliced peaches.
For supper, I had approx 4ozs boiled ham, 2c boiled cabbage & 1c baked beans. Drank iced water.
Had nothing else tonight. Heading for bed around midnight with 1/2 glass ice tea with lemon (crystal light) & have added a muscle relaxant & a naproxen to my night meds. I'm hoping I'll sleep better. I measured my waist tonight & it was 47ins..........That is awful!!
98.5 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 37.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
