Wrist injury. Stopped workouts for a week to heal. Reset on weights. Back at it Sunday. Oh yeah, and the diet has been off off off. Need to get back on.
75.7 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.1 kg a Week
