My baby will be 2.5 months at the end of the week, and I'm down to what I weighed on my wedding day. It's incredible. I don't know why the weight loss has been so easy. Of course, I'm not complaining. My last weigh in was when he was less than a month old and I had already dropped 21 lbs, making the total so far 26lbs lost. Just 6 more to go till my pre-preggers weight. I've only worked out 3 times, so I can definitely do better. I would like to get down to 140 lbs. That's what I weight throughout my 20's and I think it's a possibility. My theory is that I didn't gain tons of weight with the pregnancy because I was already carrying a few more pounds than what should be my healthy weight. I would like to continue fasting sugar one week out of ever month. It means some sacrifice, but it also makes me consious about eating too much when I am allowed, as I worry about reversing the effects of cutting it in the first place. Summer is about to begin, so I'm happy knowing that I will be getting out even more, enjoying fresh ripe fruit and being more active. So, time for a new goal. 140lbs! Enter: Mission Summer Body.
68.9 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
