Went back to drinking Jamacia water to help with my water retention, it seems like it helped I back down 3 pounds and my ankles aren't as swollen. I see my primary doctor today and my GI specialist Wednesday hopefully my issues of vitamin deficiency will have gotten better.
My knee is still hurting me so bad that I find myself limping, I ended up spending Saturday in bed with my leg elevated to help with the pain and the swelling. It is a toss up if I take pain meds I'll aggravate my acid reflux if I just push through the pain I am too drained to workout by the end of the day.

I am going to look into agua-workouts and beginner yoga classes for me at my gym.
