A little teeny loss...

Curious does anyone use a waist trainer? Thought about getting one. Wearing one is advised for diastasis recti, especially for working out. Looking for personal reviews and such...

I do if I’m sitting for a long time.. helps with me back/hip issues.. spent £10 on one from amazon..had to go down a couple of sizes as I tackled my insulin resistance ie PCOS/ impaired glucose tolerance belly ☺️ (Dilanni latex sport is what it’s called) Hope this helps
