Feb 16/18 Was watching my carbs all week, pretty much, until Tuesday & had pancakes & then went to a Pot-luck supper last night & totally blew my calorie intake & had mega desserts.
Started this week with an app on my phone called Lose it & was doing really well until the above. Hope to lose this extra 4 lbs over the weekend........
