Last week was bad with in-house training which involved working very long days (missed gym classes), eating lunch & supper out. I also finally saw the specialist and diagnosed with PBC. It's good to know. So many things make sense including diagnosed with hypothyroidism last year. It stresses a good diet, exercise, water, lowering salt, caffeine and alcohol intake. I've been working on this the past year. BUT now it has become an even higher priority.
73.5 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
