Great day - I need to thank all for support - dialed in - hit low this morning after the 198 I didn't post - did stretching this morning , 20 minutes til muscle burn and sweat - legs mostly, - steak 8 oz , onion , broccoli dinner - lunch -salad , cucumber, tomato, ranch ,lettuce - breakfast - 2 hard boiled eggs , Cajun meat stick , celery sticks , - active in warehouse , - weight after that up a little but I am doing more stretching and hopefully 8 hours sleep tonight - family time - Pepsi one today , my only vice , but still working out - still got chores tonight or in the morning and think will put me in good shape for weighin tomorrow - I will let you know where I'm at tomorrow morning and will either lock it in or see what day brings - Much success to you all , I hope to contact all supporters and doing this for me , family , and everyone on fs , especially folks who are struggling because I , like everybody else wants you to reach your goals - A little taste of success is all you need - Go Green and When not if ,YOU CAN DO IT !!!!!!!!
