I was hoping to see my number go down - not just stay the same. But I feel stronger and was amazed how easily I picked up a 30 lb. bag of dog food out of my trunk - it was much easier to do than a few months ago!
But I did a lot of yard work this weekend and was happy to see the results. I love gardening and I re-edged one of my beds in preparation for mulch - it looks really great! There will be a lot to do when we get the mulch, but I'm looking forward to it.
I also started cooking food again for the dogs - with one less pup, it's more affordable. They seemed to enjoy it and if I can keep the costs down, I think it's doable. And I made them peanut butter banana treats too! I'm hoping to get our little dog on a good exercise regime because he could stand to drop a few pounds. Hopefully the food change will help!
