Going right way now - minimum 7 to go til Sunday - recumbent bike 1 hour - shrimp broccoli stir fry - 5 big shrimp and broccilli - eggs sausage ham breakfast - salad ranch cucumber egg and tomato for dinner - I will post later but thanks for support , much success and back at you -
90.3 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
